Welcome to EmployBR! We’re the team that works to connect those individuals seeking jobs with businesses who need employees.

As a complete workforce delivery system, we partner with federal, state, and local governments along with colleges, schools, and community and faith-based organizations to connect Employers and Job Seekers.

We’re responsible for programs and services here in East Baton Rouge Parish defined as Local Workforce Development Area (LWD) 21.

For employers who need employees with a certain set of skills, we can identify, train, and prepare candidates to meet your needs. For people who need a job, we can help you assess a plan of action, assist with training, resume preparation and more to prepare you for future success.
