Employ BR Youth Services

EmployBR Young Adult Services are available to youth & young adults ages 14-24 and located within the McKinley Alumni Association at 1520 Thomas H. Delpit Drive.  We provide a comprehensive array of services that focuses on assisting youth with one or more barriers to employment and post-secondary education, or advanced training.
 

MAPS (Making a Positive Step) Work Experience Program is accepting applications.

ASSESSMENTS

OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Learn about job training and certification opportunities.
GO BACK TO SCHOOL
Explore education. Learn about high-school equivalency tests (HiSET) and higher education, including opportunities for funding and scholarships. Receive tutoring.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops held on a variety of helpful topics. See our calendar.
COMPUTER LAB
Computers and high-speed Internet access so you can check job openings, and create and email your résumé to employers.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
Get help with transportation, childcare, etc.
